17 · Hard-coded links to aliases that Pathauto replaces (and one wrong link)¶

Problem/Motivation¶
- Content exports fixed aliases (
/housing,/local-tax/...) withoutpathauto: 0. Pathauto regenerates aliases on import from the title. In English this happens to produce the same aliases; on a translated site it produces e.g./wohnen. Body text links such as/local-tax/reductions-and-discountsand Klaro's privacy policy link (internal:/privacy-policy) then return 404. - Independent of language, "Check your collection schedule" links to
/waste-and-recycling/report-a-missed-collection, but the page's alias is/waste-and-recycling/report-missed-collection→ 404 in English too.
Steps to reproduce¶
- Install Drupal CMS with Local.
- Open "Check your collection schedule" and click "report a missed collection" → 404.
Proposed resolution¶
- Export body links as entity links (
entity:node/…/data-entity-uuid), or setpathauto: 0for content with fixed aliases. - Fix the wrong link.
