Problem/Motivation

While translating the demo content we found these errors:

  • Wrong FAQ answer: on the Enterprise Solutions page, the question "How do you structure enterprise engagements?" is answered with "Yes. We require secure, role-based access to the environments we manage. …" – the answer of the Managed Services question "Do I need to provide access to my systems?".
  • Texts cut off mid-word: five texts of the Canvas pages stop at exactly 255 characters, e.g. "… and build a phased roadmap that delivers measurable progr", "… giving leadership a unified w", "… because complexity demands expertise through", "… performs as expected from d", "… and real-time responsiveness, ens". Two more end in an incomplete sentence just below the limit: "… where every minute of downtime carries." and "… because great support should make itself."
  • Copied text: the privacy policy says "At Hourglass, we drive innovation in single-cell technologies …" – apparently left over from another company's website.
  • Stray quotation marks: "… For more information, please refer to our Cookie Policy."" (privacy policy) and "… within 5 business days."" (Career Detail).
  • Typos: "Anout Us Page" (About Us), media names "Jop Openings" and "Managed Serices".
  • File names as alternative text: the university logos are announced as "university-of-cambridge" and "university-of-manchester".

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install Drupal CMS with Hourglass Corporate.
  2. Open Enterprise Solutions → FAQ, the privacy policy and the pages listed above.

Proposed resolution

Correct the texts in content/; shorten the cut-off texts or use a long text field for them; give the logos real alternative texts.

Additional information

Found with Hourglass Corporate 1.0.x on Drupal CMS 2.2.1 (October 2026). The German translation of dcle corrects the typos, the quotation marks and the cut-off sentences; the FAQ answer is translated as it is.
